Booking Policy:
We’re excited to welcome you to EMD! To ensure a seamless experience at EMD Sculpt, we require a valid card on file to secure your appointment. We look forward to being part of your wellness journey!
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We completely understand that schedules can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window or No-shows will be subject to a fee, as this time is reserved just for you. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing our time as much as we value yours!
Late Policy:
We strive to give each client the full experience, so if you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will still proceed with your service but will offer the remaining time of the scheduled treatment, at the full-service price. Late appointments CANNOT be canceled or rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding!
